This is a short video that I made, demonstrating the struggles of communication. I decided to do a little skit (with my mom) about a long drink order at a drive thru, and how orders can easily be misunderstood. Some people can be very impatient and rude to employees, so for my overall message, I was trying to convey the fact that people don't get anywhere by being rude. Being nice to someone can make their day, but being rude can immediately ruin their day. Good communication is key! Check out the video here:

I used an iPhone 6S to record the clips then imported into iMovie to edit and piece the clips together and add text.
I had to do a lot of planning ahead of time before we actually recorded the video. In the links below, you should be able to see my outline, the breakdown scene by scene with the detailed order of scenes to be recorded, as well as the necessary props and costumes for that scene. I decided that scene 4, 12, and 13 were not crucial to the overall story I was trying to tell, and didn't seem to add a lot to the end video, so those scenes were removed. Some of the angles are different than how I had planned to record them, simply because of the layouts of the rooms we were in, the amount of people (extras) we had, the way the sun was shining, or what just seemed to look better at the time we recorded. This was a fun video to record, and I'm glad I got to record it in my high school with childhood friends. I hope you enjoy it!
